General Appointment Information 

We hope that here you will find the most commonly asked questions regarding scheduling appointments with us.


We require a deposit for all appointments.  There are some classes and appointment types that require full payment online in order to be scheduled.  Due to the limited numbers of appointments and class participants that we can accept, we require that clients commit to us and our time, as we commit to them.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour advanced notice requirement policy for all appointments for individual services.  Deposits can be refunded or used towards a rescheduled appointment provided that we received notice at least 24 hours prior by sending an email to:

For classes, we require a one-week minimum cancellation notice in order to process a refund.  If we receive a cancellation notice up to 24 hours in advanced, we will grant a one-time only rescheduling option.

No refunds of deposits or class fees will be granted to any cancellation with less than 24-hour notice or in the event of a no show.


We can only guarantee that we can hold your appointment slot for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time.  Depending on how late the tardiness is we may be able to provide partial or shortened version of the service or class.  At our discretion and based on the impact of the tardiness on subsequent client's appointments we may have no other choice but to decline to start the appointment and no refunds will be issued.

Other Refund Issues

While we do our very best to try to create the makeup look and result that you desire, the world of makeup artistry is very subjective and there are times when a client does not feel satisfied with the result, or the makeup artist is asked to create a look type that would not look perfect on a particular person.

Our makeup artist may discuss in advanced when she/he feels that the look requested would not look perfect and if the client wants to proceed with the appointment, the full fee will be retained.

In the event that a client feels dissatisfied with a makeup application look, Makeup Artist Pro Group may; at its sole discretion, require that all makeup be removed prior to the client leaving the studio in order to process any amount of refund.
